Csection and tubes tie

This is my second child due in June and it will be via c section. Last apt my doctor brought up birth control methods and asked if I wanted anymore kids. My mind has always and will always be set on two. However when she brought up how easy it is to get your tubes tied during the c section I started to cry. It just sounds so incredibly permanent. I think deep down I feel bad I only have two daughters and no boy for my husband, but neither of us want anymore. So why did I get so emotional? Debating on what to do for sure because it would be great to never have to worry about birth control ever again. It’s just sad this baby phase is coming to an end. Let me know your thoughts.
