Since we brought our daughter home on the first day she would not sleep on her own. We tried a bassinet next to our bed and she just screams even with music/white noise playing and the mattress elevated as pediatrician suggested. Same goes for her in the crib. We tried the vibrating machine, noise machine, swaddle and nothing works. She will fall asleep in our bed but will wake up when we put her in her own bed. The only way we can get her to fall asleep in her crib is in her boppy but again wakes up when we lay her on her mattress. She will sleep flat on us, on the couch, on the play mat, on our bed so I don’t think it has anything to do with laying flat. We are desperate for a good nights sleep, suggestions?!
