What’s wrong with me??

I haven’t started my period in like 2 months. The day before Easter I spotted a little so i thought I was going to start the next day but i didn’t. Then last week i was bleeding brown blood for 3 days, but it was not my period. And then it stopped. Then yesterday night i was having period cramps and this morning my stomach feels super sore.. but still no blood.. what’s going on
