Pain/ Exercise

Anyone else just in pain even from walking? The weather was finally nice so I brought my toddler on a 30 minute walk and I was hurting after just 10 minutes of walking 😕 I’ve been having issues with my left hip this entire pregnancy, but this short walk hurt even my back. Is it just because baby is getting big? He was measuring 5 pounds at 32+3. I’m 34 weeks now.

I do go to the chiropractor every week, but are there other solutions to relieve pain?
