7 weeks exactly! Anyone want to help me figure out which theory to apply and how lol

So idk why, but my tech gave me the literal worst shot out of all the ones she took lol. This was done transvaginal at exactly 7 weeks and there's more baby there than pictured. HR was 130. Just the details of that day. I have read online how to determine by certain theories, but I can't seem to figure it out for myself. Can anyone take a guess or try to help me understand how to apply whichever theory? Any help would be awesome! Thanks.
