Cleaning Toys After Yeast Infection

I have a doctors appointment in the morning because I’m positive I have a yeast infection but I’m not sure if I can actually bring myself to ask them about cleaning my toys. I’m not sure if yeast infections can survive outside of the body so soap and water might be fine.
