Does anyone no?

I'm not sure how to word this but has anyone got pregnant the cycle after a miscarriage? How does it work with them dating you do they class your miscarriage as your period? If that makes any sense at all, I found out I was pregnant last month 4 days before period then had a miscarriage 3 days after that?
