CMV test any advice words of comfort failed hearing

My baby boy failed his hearing test at 30 hours and they tested him for cmv so terrified for what all of this means for my son, he doesn’t go see an audiologist til June 4 where he will be roughly a month old. I’m also scared of the CMV coming back positive and him having to deal with that...it’s scary not knowing.

I’m praying it’s only fluid build up as even after birth he was still spitting amniotic fluid for a couple days.
