NEVER have eggwhite cervical mucus?

Question

Is anyone in their 40s and never have eggwhite cervical mucus?  On top of my eggs likely being fried by now, I also know that without eggwhite cervical mucus that my chances of success are extremely low even if I happenned to ovulate one good egg at some point.  
Has anyone successfully gotten pregnant knowing there was never any eggwhite cervical mucus?
Is there a supplement that can help?

I take Omega 3 fish oil supplements, I've noticed a huge increase in ewcm since starting them 🤞 xx

I have the same problem, you should use sperm friendly lubricant to maximise your chances. Good luck 🙏🏼

Are you staying hydrated? I’ve had little EWCM in the past. Since I’ve been drinking more water during the day, I’ve noticed more EWCM leading up to ovulation. 
You can also try sperm friendly lube.

Forget that. Use ovulation sticks that you buy on amazon and use a sperm friendly lubricant like Preseed..(sold at Target) and good luck

I have and got pregnant in November but sadly lost the baby.  I also highly recommend adding Evening Primrose Oil supplements to your regimen. It really does help and will help you to create more egg white cervical mucus. I take only two from CD 1 until I hit my O peak but some women take three.

Also try to let your doctor refer you to get a HSG to flush your tubes then use the preseed right after that procedure and you should be good

I am 44. I had the egg white mucus each month until 2 months ago. it just stopped. it worries me I am no longer ovulating. I am going to see a specialist in 2 days.
