Sad day...
I just want some comfort!
We were so happy to find out we're pregnant, only to be told after my 6w sonogram that our baby is in my tubes. Im devastated, & heartbroken. I'll be 40 on next Tuesday, and our beautiful gift is not coming. My SO is taking it harder than i am, this would have been his 1st child. I just need comfort from those that understand the internal feeling. To still be pregnant and knowing it will end very soon with no baby. 😓😓
