Possible rash on breast? 20 weeks pregnant

Hey guys, has anyone ever experienced this before? I have had no problems until this pregnancy. My boobs have been itchy and I know that is common, but now this spot has popped up near my nipple. It looks a little more like bloody in person. Although I’ve dealt with some itchiness, it has not been concentrated in this area, so I don’t think it is from scratching. I noticed it several days ago. Any ideas on what this is and how to help with it?
