39week 6days pregnant brown discharge normal?

Today I saw dark brown discharge  .is that normal or I am in laber soon? Because yesterday I went to my appointment and doctor check my cervix￼. And she says I am 1CM dilat.

Its normal to spot after a cervix check. They should've told you that

I would call your dr. It’s def old blood and could be the start of your plug coming out.  But I would still call and make sure.
