Heartbroken

I have a 15yr old daughter and a 14yr old son I have been trying to convince for years and haven’t been able to conceive until after my fibroid removal surgery this past December 15, 2020 I found out I was pregnant April 20th 2021 had my first doctors appointment on April 27th couldn’t see the baby but I still had hope because my beta Hcg was at 6,000 I ended up going into the Emergency room due to pain that felt like gas bubbles on the 29th they still didn’t see the baby and had no clue what the pain was from or why also my levels where at 10,000 so they called my doctor and she told me to be on bed rest until May 4th I went in to my appointment to hear that the baby I prayed for is in my right tube and I have to have surgery asap which will be today May 5th at 6pm not to mention my mothers birthday was yesterday as well I am extremely hurt I never expected this not at all😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🤰🏽👼🏽💔💔💔
