Twins?

So I’ve been having feelings I’m pregnant with twins, I won’t have my first ultrasound till the 20th and I’m waiting on my bw results. Are there any signs that may tell? I’ve only been feeling it in my gut and keep having dreams or someone randomly will ask me if it twins.

Well to tell you the truth I've never had twins but I feel like I am to and my son told me I have 2 babies in there and said ones a girl and ones a boy can I won't find out till June 4th I can't wait to see if my son is right

I’m not sure there’s any REAL way to tell without an ultrasound, but I’ve heard that twin moms sometimes have darker test lines or dye stealers. They may also have more severe early symptoms because their hormone levels are higher. And of course, if twins run in the family, you could be more likely.
