Yellowish Greenish discharge?? TMI photo

Hey ladies! So I’ve been feeling a little crampy the past few days & went to the bathroom earlier and when I wiped, I had a yellowish greenish discharge? I tried to call my doctor but I guess they’re out of the office because no one is answering. I’m 20+3, so I’ve made it to the halfway mark and I’ve felt her moving today but I’m just concerned it might be a bladder infection or uti or something?
