Healthy foods?
Hey ladies, I have been trying to eat healthy as to not gain as much weight with this pregnancy as my first. I went from 90 pounds to 155 my first pregnancy and I am now 120 pounds and 10 weeks pregnant, I am 5 feet tall so I want to be around the 110-120 range (where I am now or a bit smaller after this pregnancy) I have been craving super unhealthy foods (junk foods, candy, lots of sweets, etc) and I want to eat healthy to keep my weight gain at a minimum. I would love some tasty healthy food ideas, any comments would be greatly appreciated! 😊
