Menstrual cups?

I’ve been thinking of getting a menstrual cup, but I’m curious about the pros and cons of them. Do they make cramps worse the same way tampons can?

Try it out, it's something that you need to get used to . Practice makes perfect. Make sure your nails are trimmed and hands clean. 
You'll need to sterilize the cup before and at the end of your period. Thats it! Otherwise during the course of your period it only needs to be rinsed with water. I've read that some women wipe the cup with toilet paper if there's no access to water. I don't know yet what it's like when you need to empty it at a public toilet coz your fingers can get soiled during insertion etc 
 But trust me , once you get the hang of it ,you'll not want to go back to using pads or tampons,though on heavy flow days I wear a panty liner.

They do not make cramps worse! They are so much better and my flow is a lot lighter too. I empty my cup about 2/3 times a day, morning, befor bed and sometimes afternoon if it's the begging on my period. My periods also only last about 4/5 days with using the cup.

I love mine! I forget that it's there sometimes! And this is coming from
Someone who gets severe cramps (like can't get out of bed). I dump mine in morning and evening. It can be messy if you aren't careful dumping it. It takes some getting used to as far as sticking it up there but it will become second nature eventually. Some people say they've had sex with it in, I haven't personally tried that though. Over all, I highly recommend!
