My son is 3weeks old and I’ve noticed last week he had a couple bumps above his penis they weren’t red or anything but I been putting destin cream on him just to prevent rashes. After a few days they started peeling and so I thought they were going away but now the area is peeled and red and I’m not sure what to do. I set him up a appointment but I don’t know what could be causing it the diapers the cream or the wipes.
