boyfriend says let's go to premarriage counseling but wont give a date!!

so me and my boyfriend been together 3yrs. have a child together. broke up our engagement 3 times during our 3 year relationship. I gave him back the ring. anyway I want to get married. and he won't give me a date. then said he wants to do premarriage counseling. im up for it. I asked him when would he like to start that. he said he doesn't know and for me to stop pressuring him. I'm at my wits end with him. he keeps promising me he'll marry me but never does. I've looked into it and everything. found that the church we go to does premarrige counseling. told him the price and everything. it's very cheap. but he won't even give me a rough estimate of when like 5months, a year or 5yrs from now. is he blowing smoke up my ass and just wasting my time? I don't want a big wedding or anything. I just wanna sign papers and that's it. no wedding pics no wedding gown no honeymoon or anything. I just want to be married to him
