Who was induced? I would love to hear your experience!

I was induced on April 21st and I had my baby boy at 1:14 pm on April 23rd. It was a long 3 days process and I am beyond proud of myself. It was not easy, I was 41 weeks and my baby was just not ready to come. After I had him I wasn’t able to deliver my placenta naturally either :( Let’s just say the baby nor the placenta wanted to cut the cord 🤣

I chose elective induction on 4/21. Baby’s due date. He is my third / the first two I had spontaneous vaginal delivery. 
It went well for me. Got started around 7:00 am. Was born at 3:05 pm. Just pitocin and breaking my bag of waters. Epidural before they broke my bag and I didn’t feel one painful contraction the whole time. Different than the first two, which were painful. 
Not sure which experience I prefer but all three resulted in healthy baby and healthy mama so I cannot complain.

I was induced April 9th at 6:00am, had baby boy at 2:30pm that same day. I was 40 weeks. Easiest labor ever🙌🏼 baby boy was healthy 💙

I was induced with my baby girl. I was induced almost 3 weeks early due to cholestasis and her having IUGR. They started me on cervidil to ripen my cervix at 6:30 am April 21st, and after 24 hours it was removed. On the morning of April 22nd, they started me on pitocin to kick me into labor. As the day continued my contractions continued to get worse. I got my epidural at about 7 pm, my water had to be broken at 8:11 pm due to the bag not rupturing on its own 😅 my fiancé literally looked down there for me because I couldn’t feel anything due to the epidural kicking in, and my bag was rightttt there 😬 ten mins later she was here ❤️

I was induced with both if my kids. First one I was induced on 1/17/19 at 4:30pm and delivered 1/18/19 at 3:53pm. 30 minutes pushing
Second was induced 4/20/21 at 8:30am and delivered same day at 8:48pm. 20 minutes pushing
I’m amazed when people have lengthy or horrible induction stories. Mine were both super smooth. The second baby my doctor was like, “your ready. Do you want to push?” I’m like ummmmm sure? Didn’t have any pin or pressure with my epidural. It was great! 😂

I was induced with both my kids. The first one I was induced (due to gestational hypertension) 9:45pm and baby arrived at 1:41am. I pushed for about 10 minutes. My second I was induced (due to a sudden onset of severe pre-eclampsia) at noon and baby arrived at 5:10pm. I pushed for 20-30 minutes as baby was "sunny side up" so it took a little longer.

I was induced 25/04 at 630pm the first pessary went in, contractions started around 9pm and baby girl was born at 1102pm the same day after 12 minutes of pushing😊

I was induced with my second son. We went in at 0730, started pitocin at 9, epidural at 11… and that’s where it got sketchy. The epidural failed, anesthesiologist was in a c-section, I waited until 1240 for him to arrive. Nurse checked me right before, I was 7cm dilated. She told me not to say she checked me because this anesthesiologist wouldn’t restart an epidural with me so close. It was so hard to sit still for the second one and after he finished I was 10 cm dilated. He bolused me and I was numb. Pushed at 1342! 
But holy shit, I felt every bit of going from 7 to 10cm on pitocin. Don’t recommend. 🤣🤣

I was induced with both of my children. 
My first for high blood pressure at 39 weeks on 8/14/17 at 11pm. She didn’t arrive until 8/16/17 at 10:02am. It was a long process waiting for her to arrive. I only pushed for 20 minutes with her once it came to that.
I was induced with my son on 3/31/21 at 38w 6d for his size on ultrasound. We started that again at 11pm and he was born at 11:32am on 4/1/21. A lot faster with him and I only pushed for 5-7 minutes before he was born.

Me! I was induced on 4/5, at 41 weeks exactly. FTM, and had her at 4:30pm 4/6. My baby was out 18ish hours after we started the induction. I did it without an epidural, and the worst part for me was the heinous contractions from pitocin. I was shaking uncontrollably for hours bc from the intensity. They were worse than the 3rd degree tear 😖
