Lower back/tail bone pain postpartum
Does anyone else have tailbone pain/lower back pain after birth? I remember like the first 2 weeks after birth I could barley sit down it hurt so bad. Now, 9 months later I can’t sit for longer periods of time, and can’t lay on my back that long cause of the pain!
Anyone else?
