Forceful Letdown
This is my first time breastfeeding so I’m not 100% positive but I believe I have a forceful let down - my baby gulps at my breast during feedings, pulls away and cries, only to re-latch seconds later and keeps spitting up a decent amount of the feeding when I burp him. Besides hand expressions prior to feeding and changing his feeding position, any other suggestions that have helped? Thank you! ❤️
