Any Hope? (Trigger Warning/Potential)

So...

My LMP was 13.03.20

I went for an early scan 2 weeks ago and the sonographer saw nothing.

She booked me in today, and we found my pregnancy, in my womb, a large yolk sac but no fetal pole.

She's scheduled yet another scan for next week at 10.30am. But she said due to the size of the yolk sac we should have seen something today, and it's not looking good....

Is there any hope for this pregnancy or is this my 5th MC?

I've had no bleeding, and still feel pregnant (frequent bathroom, mild cramps, very hungry)

Has anyone been in my position and gotten good news?
