Covid and period

I have had covid for the last 8 days(still do) and I was supposed to start my period 11 days ago but I'm on 10 days worth of progesterone 400mg at night to start it since( I started taking when I was 3 days late like doctor said) I have had small cramps every now and then for the last 2-3 days but no period could covid be the cause.

Im on the pills to regulate my cycle already so I don't understand what's going on. I bled 14 days last month on the pills but doctor said thats normal for then.
