I randomly got this patch of red acne /bumps under my chin! The rest of my face is clear as could be..what in the world ? I just went through fertility testing for the second time and my levels are all “normal” so I don’t think it’s PCOS but who knows

Some baking soda to exfoliate with every couple days should definitely help! I really love CeraVe foaming face wash as well

Looks like contact dermatitis, did you use a new skin product or wear a turtle neck or high neck shirt that wasn’t washed prior to wearing? Change laundry detergent?
