3rd trimester - vagina looks weird?

I have my group B swab tomorrow so I decided to shave. Of course by now, I need to use a mirror and have to get in weird positions to see and shave it all. I squatted down and when I did, I noticed in the mirror it looks like a ball is coming out of my vagina. Of course that’s alarming so when I was done shaving I laid back on my bed with the mirror and it wasn’t quite as noticeable, but I squatted down over the mirror again and it bulges out again. Could this be a prolapse of some kind or is this normal? I had never noticed it before and I’m definitely going to mention it to my doctor, but I have horrible anxiety and I’m kind of freaking out.
