Lump!!!!

I need help/advice this is my 3rd day now having a lump right under my nipple it is so painful. At first I was thinking clogged duct and could probably still be but I’ve tried Hakka w epsom salt, warm shower, pumping, massaging which is really painful!!!! & nursing. But nothing is getting rid of it. It hurts so much. When I feel it it feels like a small ball and I can move it around, the pain radiates around my nipple and it hurts so much. Could this still be a clogged duct?? Or do I need to worry about something else?? I’m trying my best to help get rid of it but nothing is working. It is under my nipple exactly under it so it hurts to nurse & pump):
