So worried!

I'm starting to feel very nervous. I had started to bleed at 5 weeks. I called my Dr, we did blood work.. the first day my hcg level was only at 47. We were certain I was having a miscarriage. Repeat labs in 48 hours..it crept up to 87. Again 48 hours later..161. We're going to do a ultrasound next Thursday. But I am so scared. I've had 2 miscarriages and I have a beautiful little girl at home. But I was just so ready to complete my family, and deep down I feel like I'm going to go on Thursday and it's going to be an empty sac.
