TMI warning baby poop (nasty picture)

Is this baby diarrhea? My baby had forceful vomits throughout the evening Yesterday. I called her pediatrician and she said she might have reflux and asked me to switch to another formula so last night I gave her enfamil gentle ease. Throughout the night the baby was acting irritated in the morning this was her poop. Is my pediatrician nurse wrong I think it’s diarrhea! It smells horrible too.

So the pediatrician is asking to check for more vomiting or diarrhea but she is unable to see the poopy pictures which I think look mucusy.
