I’m a nurse & had ultrasound tech at work today do abdominal ultrasound today. I’m about 7 weeks along. She said that it looks like my gestational sac is low. She said she could maybe see little flutter. I’m not due for my official ultrasound until the 18th. I am having no cramping or spotting. I had pelvic ultrasound done about 2 weeks ago because I was having cramping and they said everything so far was normal.

So my question-does low gestational sac mean I will miscarry? Could it have been normal at last ultrasound and now low already?
