Important breastfeeding items to add to your registry!

If you’ve decided to breastfeed your baby, there are products that can make things more comfortable and easier for you. I'm going to add a few ideas in the comments below for all you Glow moms out there!

Another product I loved using was a silicone breast pump. They're easy to carry and don't need a battery or outlet!

I recommend this over the boppy pillow for nursing! Originally started out with the boppy pillow and it kept slipping off my waist and the baby kept falling in the gap. With this I at least have one free hand, versus with the boppy pillow both my hands were full. It even has little bumps on both side for the baby’s head! I also feel like there’s more room for the baby to lay on too. #1 must have for breastfeeding

And a few feedings, your nipples will get dry. So remember to get a safe nipple balm so you can keep them hydrated and prevent them from cracking or bleeding.

Breastfeeding pillow helped me stay comfortable when trying those different breastfeeding positions with baby. Highly recommended

You need a couple of nursing bras and nursing pads so that you don’t leak through your clothes.

Instead of a Haakaa, I recommend a single manual pump! I nurse my daughter on one side while pumping the other. It gets 2x more milk compared to a haakaa and it doesn't require you to find time for a separate pumping session!

Last but not least, breast pump! I really like the newer hands-free pump as oppose to the traditional ones.

Someone gifted me these before my daughter was born, and my hospital gave me some right at discharge. LORD 👏🏼 HAVE 👏🏼 MERCY 👏🏼 they were a MUST HAVE for sore nipples when we were both still learning about proper latch. Put them in the fridge for even more relief!
