No gender email from sneakpeek!

I had the fasttrack sneakpeek kit! I received my email yesterday that I would have my results 4pm-8pm pacific time and here we are all the way into the next day and I still don’t have my results! It’s definitely turned out to be a headache to say the least. I have checked my junk/spam folder and all other folders and also emailed them but I know usual replies from them take 1-2 business days. I’m so upset. Has this happened with anyone? How long did it actually take?
