Calpol for 2 month old

Any nurses on here or anyone that can give me advice??

My daughter had 8 week immunisations yesterday and the nurse advice to give her calpol 3 times 4 hours apart to reduce a temp, so I did that and she was fine yesterday but today she’s becoming quite hot.. her temp now is 37.1 which I know isn’t a high temp but should i give her calpol if it goes above 37.8?? The nurse yesterday says I should phone Nhs 24 but I know I’ll be waiting for ages for a simple yes it’s fine to give her. The last time she had calpol was over 17 hours ago
