When the cops come to your house for DV does it go on record ?

So I posted earlier about me and my husband yelling at eachother and the cops being called. 
Obviously nothing was abusive and they left after taking mine, his and my daughters name. Does this go on record ?
Also do they notify the apartment complex.

it depends, when it comes to the address, the address can have the wellness check added on the history so if they show up again later it would show that they’ve done a wellness check at that address in the past and normally they do document it, i used to help write reports through a sheriff department. not sure if it’s the same for the police department but i’m pretty sure they do document it because they do know if it’s not the first time they’ve had to do a check

It’ll go on so they know how many times they’ve been called out and it’ll be like a “warning” but I think if they know that there was no dv then it’ll just be a little note, shouldn’t be anything major
