Opk? No line

Has anyone ever not had a test line come up? Yesterday's was darker but not as dark as the control line so it wasn't a positive then today's nothing. My glow has had my whole fertile window thrown off so I've been trying to use opk and bbt but so far I've always had a line til now. (Excuse the dog fur I just washed the shedding dogs)
