Anyone else's toddler?? 😥😥

Okay so my 2.5 year old, is absolutely TERRIFIED of the bath. I'm talking, she fights me trying to get in the bath. Then she tries to climb out. She refuses to sit down in the bath, and refuses to let go of the edge of the tub. And when I rinsed her hair out with water, oh my gosh she screams bloody murder. ( And no it's not because the water is hot, I always make sure it's tested.)
Even when she was an infant, she's always been scared getting her head rinsed with water. But it has progressively getting worse. I have no idea how to help. I try to make baths fun with bubbles and toys and everything. But when she hears the words "bath time" she freaks out. 
Her dad and I are not together, I have no idea what happens over at his house. And I dont I have any say what happens at his house or who sees my daughter over there. I tried talking to her, I tried asking her what's making her so scared of the bath tub. But she's so young she doesn't understand. As soon as I take her out of the tub, she's all smiles and giggles as if nothing happened. 
Please tell me I'm not the only one. This whole situation completely breaks my heart, it makes me feel so helpless and I don't know what to do, or how to make this situation better. Is anyone else going through this situation or if you have I would love some advice.

I almost thought I posted this lol. I posted a similar post about less than 2 months ago.
One day she started refusing bath time and crying once I put her in. She refused and cried each time. She went without a bath for like a week. I tried new toys, even bath crayons because she loves to draw. Didn’t work. Then I bathed her quickly even though she cried. I felt so bad, and came here too looking for help! I realized it was because my daughter hated water in her eyes. Oh and also hated her hair brushed in the bath because it hurt, but mostly it was the water in her eyes. 
Some mommas here suggested a bath hat (a special hat, like a visor, that keeps water out of their eyes). TOTALLY WORKS!! I introduced it to her in the early afternoon, then gave her a bath later in the day. I told her what it does and all, even tried it on myself. Luckily for me she loves hats, so she was excited to try it on. I started to wash her hair  and was gentle as possible with the water. She almost freaked but realized she didn’t get water in her eyes, so she kept playing with her toys. Total lifesaver! 
For her hair I bough a WetBrush based on comments too. Me: “what the heck is a wet brush?” Turns out it’s a brand brush with very flexible bristles. “Where has this brush been my entire life?!!” I was really amazed at the difference! 
Now she loves bath time again. I’m so happy 😭❤️.

My son doesn’t like getting his hair rinsed but I could convince him to lay down while I hold his head and make sure no water gets on his face. In the summer Of 2019 I took him to the pool and he got a bit used to getting water in his face. I taught him to keep his eyes shut. It helped a bit. Good luck!

I know it’s weird but, is she scared if the bubbles? My son won’t go near the tub if I put bubble bath in it

My son haaaaates having his hair washed. He's 4 now and it's getting a bit better to work with him, but he still kind of freaks out when it's time for hair rinsing.
I tried a silicone rinsing cap, which worked pretty well, but he didn't like it. Now we have goggles, but he's actually starting actually holding his head back for the hair rinse since we've had them, which is the real game changer.

You are not the only one! My son is 2.5. He used to love baths until around 2. I swear the one day he has a straight up panic attack! I ended up just draining the water and wiping him down with a wash cloth and not washing his hair that day. He loves cars so I searched and got him cars for the bath tub. We have been using bubble bath for awhile already. I found bath bombs with little cars inside. He likes those too. I don’t pick him up and put him in the bath anymore. I get the water going and let him climb in when he is ready. He still freaks out when we rinse his hair.
