Help! Skin going out of control :(

So.... I used this app Aysa to scan photos of my skin because I was curious as to what even is this condition. I’ve grown up with it all my life but it never has gotten this bad..... As a young child it’s only affected my inner elbows and the back of my knees. But after exercising outside in the sun. I was exposed to sun poisoning I believe.... I don’t know what the hell is going on with my face though... It itches and hurts, and I don’t know what to take or do. My thighs all have bumps and even my hands and right arm has been affected. Today I took an Allegra allergy pill and also applied Aveeno excema cream on my body not on my face though. I haven’t applied anything that I knew would cause a reaction.
