Could I be pregnant or is it to early?

I had sex 16days ago (April 24th) it was the very last day of my period and I have an irregular cycle so I don’t know when I ovulate it was unprotected but he pulled out he says but idk if he really did because he was saying he fucked up over and over and looked scared and I said what do you mean and he was like “nothing I pulled out i just finished early is all” but nothing was on me so idk where he did but since Saturday( may 8th) I’ve been feeling nauseous I thought it was because I’m hungry but after eating im still nauseous and now my nipple is sore but it’s really just one nipple the other isn’t as bad my next period is in 11days estimated because it’s irregular and the only thing that is helping me is taking zofran. If I took a test today would it be accurate with fmu? It’s been 2weeks + 2days since then
