No it could have to do with your genetics as well so def speak with your dr although some women with PCOS experience that. There are hundreds of symptoms of PCOS though and varies for every one - even men can have it

No that doesn't mean you have pcos I have pcos and although I get facial hair and hair over my tits and belly. My periods are very irregular I get period like cramps throughout the whole of the month.

Pcos is very common but that’s not a blatant sign of pcos. 
Along with the hair do you experience any other things hormones would change such as hyperpigmentation around your neck, armpits, under your knee etc.? 
Do you have trouble losing weight?
Is your period irregular? (I get mine like 2x a year and that’s being generous) 
If you have acne on your chin or cheeks that’s hormonal acne 
If you’re worried then I’d get checked out by a doctor but I think you’re okay!
