I have trouble sleeping due to anxiety. I feel like i have to watch my baby while he sleeps and make sure he’s breathing. I had terrible nightmares while i was pregnant. One dream was i tossed him into a lake of alligators and now i have an irrational fear that i’m going to come across an alligator and it’s going to eat my baby, which sounds very silly. I am taking medication to help and have been since i gave birth. I know i’ll always worry but what are ways you ease your anxiety with being a mom?
