Could be just there it’s damp and can get some yeast forming, my doctor suggested using lotrimin cream or spray and put a thin pad over it to keep it dry, I did that for a week and it cleared up.

Mine looked like that around the 2 week mark as well, but I made extra sure to keep it clean and dry and it cleared up by itself. It never hurts to see your doctor if you’re concerned!!

I'd be concerned mine hasn't ever looked like that. Can you wipe it with some alcohol wipes then dry it out completely. It needs to be super dry to heal. I've attached a pic of mine for your reference. X
