Favorite iron rich foods?
That aren’t meat?
I have a serious meat aversion but because of it, my rbc is low now and my hemoglobin dropped from a 15.4 to a 12.2 in 10 weeks. I knew something was up because my pica cravings went through the roof!
I also don’t eat many carbs (celiac disease) so can’t do cereals but I do have gf oatmeal every morning
Edit : I also have HG so a supplement is out. I can’t stomach any of them even with zofran.
