Hi Jazmin! Below is the cost for our <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> treatment package and to highlight what is and isn't included in the package.
Cost break down:
<a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>* $5,000 (Not included in treatment packages: third party bills, medication, anesthesia, PGS, ICSI, any ultrasounds prior to start of treatment, cyst check, testing or OB scans and OB blood draws). <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> Package starts on the down regulation appnt, and comes with 1 complimentary Transfer and 1 complimentary Year of Storage (ends 1 year after the retrieval)
Cost of items not part of treatment:
Biopsy* for PGS $1200 (up to 8 embryos; each additional is $150 each. Any additional biopsy cost is due before transfer) PLEASE NOTE ALL EMBRYOS ARE BIOPSY
PGS testing* $2,000 (up to 8 embryos, any embryo over 8 is $200 per embryo if tested now. If tested in future cost is $250 per embryo over 8)
Anesthesia* $300 (per retrieval.)
ICSI $500 (per retrieval.) (billed after retrieval if needed; if used cost is due before transfer)
Medication estimate $3,000 to $6,000
Yearly Storage $500 up to 15 embryos - Yearly cost is billed by our partner billing storage company (please see attachment brochure)
***Please be aware with PGS testing: NDFC only stores normal embryos. Any abnormal embryos would either need to have sign consent to no longer store are transferred to another storage facility***
Cost for testing or scans, not part of treatment, would depend on your insurance coverage. Please note that all* payments are due no later than your down regulation appointment.

-Gonal-F/Follistim 200 units daily (x5 300 unit pens)
-Menopur 150 units daily (x20 75 unit vials)
-Cetrotide/Ganirelix (x5 doses)
-Novarel 5,000 units (x1)
-Doxycycline 100mg tablets (x10)
