Please help For those who took Femara (Letrozole) to induce ovulation, what dose did you take? What dose ended up giving you a bfp?

My RE wants to start me at 2.5mg but I never ovulated once on 3 rounds of clomid 50mg, 100 mg, and 150mg. Is the 2.5 dose too low?
