Interstitial Cystitis questions

So I’m currently in my second year of battling interstitial cystitis and am wondering if you guys have any advice! I just got done trying aloe capsules for a month and nothing.

Mine is weird, I have a burning, almost raw feeling in my urethra, but nothing with my actual bladder area. Sometimes increased urgency or output.

Trying to go without coffee for a few weeks- it’s so difficult !!!
