10 week growth spurt

So my typically happy baby girl is having a rough day. We woke up at 7 and pretty soon after she ate she went back to sleep and has been sleeping basically since 8 and it’s now 1:30. When she does wake up she just starts screaming and crying until she goes back to sleep. She’s been awake maybe 20 minutes total in this time to take a bottle and or be in my boob. Usually she’s had about 4 hours of awake time by now doing tummy time, playing or just chilling in her swing. I’m hoping it’s just a rough day because we were finally getting in a rhythm. Anyone else babies go through something where they just slept like crazy and were super irritable 9-10 weeks?
