Gender predictions please!!

I had my 21 week anatomy scan but the ultrasound tech said we have to wait for doctor confirmation on gender. I’m pretty sure this photo is the gender depicting image but I have no idea what I’m looking at!! Looking for other guesses/predictions while we anxiously wait to find out !!
