Were your pregnancy symptoms way earlier and more severe with twins than a single baby?

Backstory: this is my third pregnancy, second baby (I had a miscarriage after my first baby) but this time I should be 4 weeks today and I am STARVING 24/7 like I literally can’t get full and I’m already SO tired. It’s been this way for like a week already. My test was super dark as well and I tested at only 3 weeks 2 days and took a digital that said pregnant. My first appointment isn’t for 4 more weeks but I was just curious if anyone who had twins had similar symptoms or maybe this pregnancy is just different! Twins run in my family so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was 😂
