How long during the night is your baby sleeping ?

My boy used to do 3-4 hour stretches but lately he will only do 2 hours.

He has reflux and so it takes me an hour to get him to sleep after a feed because if I put him down he spews and wakes himself up but I can’t sleep if I’m holding him

So I’m only sleeping an hour max at a time and it’s exhausting.

If I give him formula he sleeps longer stretches

But breast milk is only 2 hours..

I know how good breastmilk is for him but I don’t know if I can keep doing it. I’m thinking of quitting but have mum guilt too and I don’t know what to do 😩
