Hi for the past 6 yrs up until march 1st I worked in early childhood education specifically with young toddlers and infants I love my babies and my job and miss them but ultimately choose to leave because of the pay and how it was ran and my awful director. My amazing dad got me a interview in his company a health insurance company I surprisingly got the job and it is work from home I sit at a desk all day and triage faxes its completely opposite to what i did previously and I started march 1st and have already made 5 mistakes I have never been bad at what I do at work so this is a first for me and I really feel like a failure rn I am having my first child so ece is not really a option pay wise anymore. Maybe I am not cut out for this type of work I feel i have way more questions than I still should at this point and I’m just not good at it. Any advice is this a normal feeling I am 24 for reference.
